Flexible electronic devices are attracting widespread attentions and playing important roles in the field of wearable electronics and health monitoring sensors, among which respiration detectors are of great significance. Humidity sensors can work as facile respiration detectors due to its excellent stability, fast response speed and low cost. Herein, a novel humidity sensor based on porous laser-induced-graphene electrode is come up with due to its good electrical properties and high mechanical stability. The humidity sensor exhibits high sensitivity, stability, reliability and short response/recovery time in the wide testing range from 11 % to 97 % relative humidity (RH). Besides that, excellent performance of breathing and fingertip non-contact motoring of this humidity sensor also were measured, indicating its potential values in the field of wearable and health monitoring devices.
