▎ 摘  要

The Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) sensor field has been captivated by two-dimensional (2-D) materials. The two important parameters of the SPR sensors are figure of merit (FOM) and sensitivity, and it has been discussed with analyte range from 1.34 to 1.42. Herein, we proposed a hetro-structure based on Ag/ BaTiO3/Graphene/2D material as highly sensitivity SPR biosensor based on kretchmann configuration at the wavelength of 633 nm. The maximum sensitivity of proposed sensor obtained 347.20 degrees/RIU at single layer of graphene and 25 layers of BaTiO3. Comparisons with other materials (like Au, Cu) also performed to see the impact on the proposed structure. The high sensor performance has wide application in biomedical, bio sensing and chemical detection.
