▎ 摘  要

Liquid-flow-induced generation of electricity using nanocarbons, particularly graphene-water interface, has received attention for energy harvesting. Here, we have obtained voltage generation from a single water droplet motion on graphene. We have investigated the effect of the graphene surface condition on flow-induced voltage generation, which is controlled by heteroatom doping. Nitrogen-doped graphene shows three times higher voltage generation compared to pristine graphene due to the doping-induced surface charge of graphene. Graphene surface potential tuning by doping is shown to play an important role in voltage generation. Published by AIP Publishing.
