▎ 摘 要
SnO2 nanoparticles on graphene sheets (SnO(2)NPs/G) nanocomposites were prepared by liquid phase plasma (LPP) process using a single-source of tin chloride as precursor, aimed at developing energy storage device. The physicochemical properties of the SnO(2)NPs/G nanocomposite synthesized as described above were evaluated using various analysis instruments. The SnO2 nanoparticles (about 5 nm) mainly generated and the SnO2 nanoparticles were precipitated with uniform dispersion on the surface of graphene sheet. The LPP process is easily scalable, highly reproducible, and expected to be extended to prepare carbon-based material coated nanoparticles.
