▎ 摘 要
Using the extended Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk formalism, the normal conductance spectra in a normal metal/superconductor gapped graphene-based junction considering the effect of p-asymmetry pair coupling in superconductor is investigated. The exact forms of Dirac spinors for Hamiltonian of graphene interacted with Cooper pair potential of superconductor are obtained via the Dirac-Bogoliubov-de Gennes theory. Actually, we obviously study the effect of the energy gap of graphene and also triple p-wave coupling on Andreev reflection coefficients and conductance spectra in the N/S structure.
