▎ 摘 要
A new stochastic sensor based on a graphene-platinum 3 matrix modified with protoporphyrin IX as electroactive material was optimized and used for the assay of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha). The working concentration range of the stochastic sensor (1 to 100 pg/mL), as well as its sensitivity (4.44 x 10(8) s g/mL) and limit of quantification made possible its reliable utilization for screening test of children's cerebrospinal fluids for the tumor necrosis factor-alpha, with a recovery higher than 98.00%.
