▎ 摘 要
An advanced architecture design of Bi2WO6 nanoparticles anchored on 3D graphene framework composites as anode material for Li-ion batteries was synthesized by hydrothermal method and sintering. The structure and morphology of the products were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. The electrochemical performances of the prepared composites were investigated by galvanostatic charge/discharge tests, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Results showed that the first capacity of Bi2WO6/graphene was 715.2 mAh g(-1) at 50 mA g(-1), and it remains as high as 510.1 mAh g(-1) after 50 cycles. Moreover, the Bi2WO6/graphene composites displayed superior rate capability. All tests proved that the Bi2WO6/graphene oxide composites showed excellent electrochemical properties.
