▎ 摘 要
ZrO2/graphene nano-platelets (GNPs) composites were sintered by spark plasma sintering (SPS). Microstructure and surface morphology were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The mechanical properties of composites with various GPN contents were investigated employing nano-indentation techniques. Transitional behavior in hardness and elastic modulus of the composites was found and attributed to the beneficial effects of GNP addition. The experimental results have shown that the addition of GNPs could also lead to inhibition of crystal growth and enhance fracture toughness as well as hardness value of consolidated composites.
