▎ 摘 要
The synthesis of AuNPs/neutral red-bio-functionalized graphene is reported and demonstrated as efficient platform for sensitive detection of hazardous organophosphate pesticide 'Methyl Parathion' via reduction of -NO2 group. It was done by functionalization of graphene oxide with protein 'bovine serum albumin'. Further, it was carbodiimide coupled with non-toxic electroactive 'Neutral red' and followed by its decoration with gold nanoparticles. Nafion was employed here as a dispersion medium. Under optimal conditions, a sensitive detection of methyl parathion was recorded with differential pulse voltammetry through efficient reduction of nitro group at modified glassy carbon electrode in the linear range of 0.02 to 0.153 mu M and 0.153-1.36 mu M with the limit of detection 6 nM.
