▎ 摘 要
A large number of pitting pits were formed on the surface of Ni foam by immersion corrosion in NaCl solution. The graphene was deposited on Ni foam templates, then 3D graphene foams were obtained by removing Ni foam in the mixed solution of ferric chloride and hydrochloric acid. It was found that pitting pits on Ni foam facilitated to form fewer-layers graphene, however, pitting pits on Ni foam induced more defects on 3D graphene foam. The graphene with fewer-layers exhibited better electrical and mechanical properties for strain sensor devices. Moreover, fewer-layers graphene effectively inhibited degradation of resistance during cycling stability tests. (C) 2017 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved.
