▎ 摘 要
A process for the production of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) coated cold rolled steel (CRS) sheet using an industrial setup is developed and its electrochemical properties are studied. The electrochemical data reveals that rGO coating followed by a layer of sunflower oil (SO) coating suppresses the corrosion rate by 10,000 times than the bare CRS sheet in 3.5 wt% NaCI aqueous solution. Further, the long term EIS study verifies the superiority of the layer-by-layer coating over SO coated CRS sheet. Such significant corrosion protection of the coating is attributed to the barrier effect of rGO.
