▎ 摘 要
SP2 bonded crystal lattices structure of graphite was affected by Electron Beam Irradiation (EBI). After EBI treatment at a dose of 50 kGy, graphite flakes were further treated with sulfuric acid (H2SO4), and were characterized by Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. It was found that the interlayer spacing of graphite was increased and disordered easily by EBI-H2SO4 treatments, confirming successful direct exfoliation of graphite flakes. EBI-H2SO4 treated graphene exhibited higher thermal stability (weight loss of about 7.0% at 833 degrees C) caused by the better graphite structures without defects than graphene oxide (GO) which was prepared from graphite by the modified Hummer's method.
