▎ 摘 要
A novel nanomaterial that consists of graphene sheets decorated with silsesquioxane molecules has been developed. Aminopropyl-silsesquioxane (POSS-NH2) has been employed to functionalize graphene oxide (GO) sheets. The surface grafting of the GO sheets with POSS-NH2 was established by IR spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and the morphology was investigated by field-emission electron microscopy as well as by atomic force microscopy. The combination of amino-functionalized POSS molecules with GO sheets produces a hybrid silicon/graphite-based nanomaterial, named GRAPOSS. When exposed to visible light the hybrid showed a photoconductivity response.
