▎ 摘 要
In this paper, a new configuration of multi-layer surface plasmon polariton (SPP) slab waveguide with graphene and mid-layers of magneto-optic (MO) has been proposed and analyzed at the wavelength of 1550 nm. The results show that the five-layer waveguide of graphene-magnetooptic-graphene (GMOG) increases propagation length and decreases loss. As a result, the magneto-optic plasmonic isolator has been proposed using GMOG waveguide with 12dB isolation and 3.5 dB loss in the forward direction. The length of the structure is 34 mu m that can be applied in photonic integrated circuits (PICs). In final proposed configuration, an optical gain medium has been used for improvement of propagation length.
