▎ 摘 要
Molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) is one of the proven transition metal oxides to boost up the work function of graphene. In this letter, we report for the first time the use of MoO3 based dielectric/metal/dielectric (DMD) multilayer coating to improve the photovoltaic performance of graphene/silicon solar cells. Solar cells employing transparent conductive MoO3/Ag/MoO3 on graphene offered improved power conversion efficiency (PCE) by a factor of 4 compared to graphene only devices. This strategy appears advantageous not only to modulate the work function of graphene but also to reduce the device series resistance for better charge carrier extraction. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V.
