▎ 摘 要
In recent years a number of studies have been carried out on chemical functionalization of graphene quantum dots (GQDs). GQDs may be doped within the graphitic skeletons or at the edge, leading to ready manipulation of the GQD structures and properties, and hence improved applications in diverse areas. In this article, several methods to the modification of GQDs are highlighted, including doping with heteroatoms, surface functionalization, hybridization with metallic nanostructures, and assembly with other materials. The article is concluded with a perspective of the future development of functionalized GQDs.
