In this study, we investigate the relationship between interphase and Young's modulus influence in 3-phase composites for the design of graphene-based composites. We introduced the interphase concept for analyzes and developed a unidirectional unit cell based on RVE and varying the interphase thickness and Young's modulus. As a result, the presence of the interphase's affected the composites and graphene, which was related to stress and Young's modulus. Here, the effect of the interphase presence occurs depending on the thickness and also can observe through the stress-strain curve. Furthermore, we investigated that the interphase thickness determines the magnitude of the effects on graphene and composites, indicating a correlation proportional to the interphase thickness and Young's modulus.
