▎ 摘 要
Using the HVOF process, four coating compositions, WC10Co4Cr and WC10Co4Cr+ (2%, 3%, and 4%) graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs), were deposited on texture IS-2062 steel. Furthermore, the wear behaviour of coated and uncoated substrates was investigated using slurry erosion (SE) at different time intervals and sliding wear at 27 degrees C and 300 degrees C. The surface morphology of worn-out surfaces revealed that lip breaking, pull-out, micro-chips, and micro-cutting were the primary causes of material removal. The results show that WC10Co4Cr coating re-duces weight loss during SE by 63.91% and 64.26% after 60 and 90 min, respectively, when compared to IS-2062 steel. This was reduced to 80.70% and 78.82% by the coating configuration WC10Co4Cr+ 2% GNPs, respec-tively, whereas lowest coefficient of friction found for coating configuration WC10Co4Cr+ 4% GNPs.
