▎ 摘 要
A pioneer solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber including polyphenol (PPh) and graphene oxide nanosheets (GONSs) was set up electrochemically on copper wire. Thereafter this nanocomposite was applied to preconcentration of bisphenol A and bisphenol B leached from plastic containers followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry determination. Effect of different electropolymerization items were herein evaluated and optimized. Characterization of surface morphology, chemical structure and thermostability of the as-prepared PPh/ GONSs nanocomposite was executed. Various parameters relating to the extraction and preconcentration of the analytes were considered in details. Under the optimized conditions, wide linear range (0.1-100.0 ng mL(-1)) and low detection limits (0.02 and 0.04 ng mL(-1)) were attained for both analytes. Also, Good repeatability using a single fiber and acceptable fiber-to-fiber reproducibility using three fibers were achieved. Finally, in accuracy tests on real samples, high recoveries were acquired. (C) 2021 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
