▎ 摘  要

This letter presents a thin dielectric sheet (TDS) method for the analysis of electrostatic or magnetostatic biased graphene. As the conductivity of graphene under magnetostatic bias is a tensor, this TDS is proposed to analyze this anisotropic medium. In addition, the TDS method only needs to mesh the surface of the target while the volume integral equation method needs especially fine mesh, which will cost a large consumption of time and memory. Numerical examples are demonstrated to further validate the accuracy and efficiency of the TDS method.
