▎ 摘 要
Bio-mimicking hybrid vesicle systems are ideal candidates for drug/gene delivery and nano-reactor applications. Here, we report the fabrication of hybrid oleic acid-graphene quantum dot vesicles that were successfully used as an efficient drug delivery system (DDS). The fabricated hybrid oleic acid-graphene quantum dot vesicles were characterized by UV-Visible spectrophotometry, optical microscopy, dynamic light scattering and scanning electron microscopy. In this experiment, methylene blue (MB) dye was used as a model drug. Hybrid oleic acid-graphene quantum dot vesicles were very efficient in drug loading (98.3%) when compared with bare oleic acid vesicles (71.98%). It is observed that drug release was pH-dependent and higher release was observed at pH5, much lower or negligible release takes place at pH7.4. Development of such hybrid vesicles will lead to biocompatible, nontoxic, easily fabricated, and stimuli responsive DDSs.
