▎ 摘 要
Ti-18Mo-0.5Si-xGNP composites with various graphene contents were prepared by spark plasma sintering technique. The effects of graphene contents on the microstructure, phase composition and the oxidation behaviour at 1073 K and 1173 K were investigated. The results show that the oxidation behaviour was influenced by the graphene contents. After oxidation at 1073 K and 1173 K, the surface of samples were mainly composed of TiO2, SiO2 and TiO and Ti3O5 was only generated after oxidation at 1073 K. The oxidized layer thickness and average oxidation rate of the composites increased with increasing graphene contents. However, the Ti-18Mo-0.5Si-0.04GNP composite exhibited a less mass gain (2.92 mg cm(-2) and 3.21 mg cm(-2), respectively) and lower average oxidation rate (0.09 g m(-2) h(-1) and 0.12 g m(-2) h(-1), respectively) when it was oxidized at 1073 K and 1173 K, respectively. The oxidation law of Ti-18Mo-0.5Si-0.04GNP composite is in accordance with the cubic law and Ti-18Mo-0.5Si-0.04GNP composite possessed better oxidation resistance performance.
