▎ 摘 要

In this paper, a sensitive Opto-fluidic biosensor for detection of Hemoglobin concentrations in blood samples is proposed and considered. The proposed system is based on the combinations of plasmonic-graphene/black phosphorous nano structures and Opto-fluidic material. It is consisted of different layers of graphene, Au (gold), CH3OH (methanol) and black phosphorous in the shapes of split parallelogram-ring and half-parallelogram waveguides. The structure takes advantage of the characteristics of Opto-fluidic, graphene and black phosphorous layers. In the proposed structure, input signal would be inserted to the lower half-parallelogram shaped waveguide, then would be circulated through the split parallelogram-ring waveguides and finally would be transmitted to the upper half-parallelogram waveguide denoted as the Output port. To improve the transmission's peak value and wavelength (for bio-sensing applications), effects of the split angle orientations (0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees and 270 degrees), structural parameters (t(1), t(2), w(1) and w(2)), chemical potential of the graphene layers (mu(c1)) and black phosphorous layers on the transmission spectrum would be considered. Finally, the proposed structure would be considered as a biosensor for detection of Hemoglobin concentrations in blood samples. The remarkable sensitivity factor, FOM, FWHM and Q-Factor of 3000 nm/RIU, 107.14RIU(-1), 28 nm and (38.21-43.75) are achieved, respectively. As a result, the proposed structure can be considered as a remarkable candidate for bio-sensing applications in optical integrated circuits.
