▎ 摘 要
We report on measurements and modeling of a new physical effect in graphene, which consists of oscillations in the current-voltage characteristic measured between wide contacts patterned across a graphene flake. The origin of this effect is the carrier transport dependence on the two spatial components of the wave vector, dependence that becomes evident for wide contacts and affects the transmission of ballistic electrons, similar to the case of non-normal incidence.
