▎ 摘 要
Using a simple hydrothermal process, ZnO nanosheet balls (ZnO NSBs) were in situ synthesized on three-dimensional graphene foam grown by chemical vapor deposition using nickel foam as the template. The hybrid ZnO NSB/GF was acted as a free-standing electrode for electrochemical detection of dopamine in the presence of uric acid. The results show that ZnO NSBs with the diameter of 2 pm and sheet thickness of- 50 nm are distributed on the surface of GF. The ZnO NSB/GF electrode exhibits a high sensitivity of 0.99 A M-1 for the determination of dopamine. It also shows a low detection limit, good selectivity, reproducibility and stability. And it is potential for use in clinical research.
