▎ 摘  要

Al2O3 nanoparticles were deposited on graphene oxide (GO) films in a water-electrophoretic deposition system. Al2O3 nanoparticles are expected to improve the abrasion resistance and the surface strength of GO films. The addition of Al2O3 improves the hardness and strength of GO layers, demonstrating its potential for passivation and interface engineering of graphene-based devices. GO/Al2O3 can be applied in a wide range of heating temperatures in the manufacturing of stable negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermostats.
