▎ 摘 要
The three-dimensional hierarchical nanocomposites of NiSnO3/graphene encapsulated in a thin carbon shell were synthesized via a facile solvothermal approach followed by thermal treatment. The obtained C/NiSnO3/RGO shows a much improved lithium storage properties than that of NiSnO3/RGO when used as lithium battery (LIB) anode material. The reversible capacities of C/NiSnO3/RGO composites are up to 899 mAh g(-1) after 300 cycles at 200 mA g(-1), and even undergoing high rate cycling at 10000 mA g(-1), the charge capacity maintains 680 mAh g(-1) at 200 mAg(-1) after 650 cycles. The excellent LIB performance could be attributed that the carbon-coating of C/NiSnO3/RGO composites are found to prevent the restack of graphene effectively, and the aggregation of metal oxide nanoparticles (NPs) is efficiently suppressed under the double protection of coated carbon layer and graphene in the long-life cycling process.
