▎ 摘 要
Graphene quantum dots and biomass activated carbon have enormous potential for electrochemical application, which composites as anode materials for lithium ion battery are rarely reported. Here, the rice husk based activated carbon was modified by graphene quantum dots, exhibiting excellent electrochemical performance as an electrode for lithium ion battery. The results show that, with the introduction of graphene quantum dots, the charge transfer resistance of the electrode was reduced from 577.7 Omega to 123.9 Omega, and the lithium ion diffusion coefficient was increased by 175 times. Meanwhile, the introduction of graphene quantum dots plays an important role in improving the cycle stability of the battery.
