We have investigated the mechanical vibration of a multilayered graphene cantilever using an optomechanical heterodyne technique. The spatial distributions of the deformations for the first and second harmonic oscillation were successfully measured and were consistent with the results of finite element method calculations. Furthermore, we have successfully visualized the map of the vibration amplitude by the defocused laser spot irradiation based on the optomechanical heterodyne technique. This method enables us to visualize the vibrating cantilever at the resonant frequency using the desired frequency that is much slower than the resonant frequency.
