▎ 摘 要
After the discovery of graphene, carbonaceous materials attracted the attention of scientists. The extremes of Fe3O4 are identified on the angle of 26.33 degrees, 29.93 degrees, 35.02 degrees, 44.01 degrees, 54.65 degrees, and 57.2 degrees with corresponding crystal planes (002) (220) (311) (400) (511) (422) and (440) reflections, and these values are complemented with typical XRD pattern (JCPDS no. 88-0315). Due to the doping, the peak of GF is shown at 1466 cm(-1) in the G band is stand for E(2)g mode and in the D band, an extreme is noticed at 1301 cm(-1) due to carbon atoms vibration. Because of pi to pi* transitions and n to pi* transitions, the peaks are noticed in UV-vis. spectrum and the band gap was measured at 2.89 eV. With the help of FTIR spectra the epoxide, alkoxy, carboxylic, and O-H functional groups present the confirmation of the formation of GF. The values of AC conductivity of the material increase with the increase of the electric field of the applied frequency values and a value of 1.5 x 10(-2) s/m is noticed at 20 MHz. The SET values are -18 dB at 4-16 MHz and vary with the frequency while reflective behavior presents the same behavior due to the induced electric field. whereas absorption behavior is dependent on the frequency that increases with an increase of frequency. the current and voltage show an ohmic behavior, and at 20 V the amount of current is 2.9 x 10(-3) A detected. A high value of the antibacterial activity is noticed against various pathogens. All the properties suggest that the material shows a high conductivity and antibacterial behavior.
