▎ 摘  要

The mechanical properties of the single graphene membranes were studied by classical molecular mechanics (MM) simulation method. The graphene membranes of various diameters from 38 angstrom to 140 angstrom were calculated, and Young's modules were estimated. Graphene membranes with different concentration of vacancy defects were studied.
