▎ 摘 要
An easy method for preparation of graphene is described. Graphite was affected by Electron Beam Irradiation (EBI) and liquid nitrogen (LN). After EBI/LN treatment at a dose of 100 kGy, graphite flakes were further treated by a hydrothermal (H) method, and were characterized by a Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and Raman spectroscopy. This easy method provides the increased spacing interlayer and disordered graphite, resulting successful exfoliation of graphite flakes. In contrast to the modified Hummer's method, EBI/LN/H treated graphene exhibited higher thermal stability (weight loss of about 1.02% at 800 degrees C) due to lower defects than graphene oxide (GO) synthesized by the modified Hummer's method.
