▎ 摘 要
We present an all-optical plasmonic modulator working in visible regime based on graphene/black phosphorus heterostructure. By adjusting the incident light angle, the proposed modulator can be achieved with large extinction ratio within the visible regime and the angle-dependent characteristics vary with the wavelength of the incident light, which has not yet been reported previously. Simulation results show that the proposed plasmonic modulator is capable of operating from wavelength of 400 nm to 800 nm with large extinction ratio from over 25 dB to 55 dB. Such an all-optical hybridized modulator may lay the foundation of realizing the tunable plasmonic devices featuring angle-dependence based on 2-D materials in future nanophotonics.
