▎ 摘 要
Laser lighting technology has become a new star in the field of modern lighting. However, the thermal quenching of optical conversion materials occurs at high incident power density, so it is an urgent problem to improve their heat resistance. In this paper, a kind of Lu3Al5O12:Ce&CaAlSiN3:Eu2+ (LuAG&CASN) com-posite phosphor-in-glass (PiG) suitable for high power laser diode is prepared, which shows high brightness and high display. In addition, the graphene monolayer grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is coated on the surface of LuAG&CASN-PiG to further improve the luminescence performance of PiG. The saturation power threshold of the graphene-PiG (G-PiG) sample can reach 4.5 W and the maximum output lumen flux can reach 317.95 lm when the system is excited with 450 nm blue light using the reflective structure. Compared with the samples without graphene coating, the luminescence efficiency of G-PiG was improved by 23.2%. This single-layer graphene surface coating method provides a new idea for the preparation of high-performance fluorescence conversion materials for laser lighting applications, which may play an important role in the future laser lighting.
