▎ 摘 要
(Ni-Fe)-Graphene composite coatings have been prepared on the stainless steel substrate using electrodeposition technique. The mechanical properties are investigated by hardness and nano-indentation tests and have shown that compared with uncoated substrate, substrate coated with (Ni-Fe)-Graphene composite coatings exhibits the maximum enhancement of threefold in hardness and 14.9% improvement in elastic modulus. The characterization results of morphology and microstructure with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy diffraction spectrum (EDS), as well as X-ray diffraction (XRD) have demonstrated that Graphene Nano-platelets wrapped by Ni-Fe crystalline grains are embedded into the matrix metal acting as an effective reinforcement.
