The effect of uniaxial mechanical deformation in the zigzag and armchair directions on the stability and structure of the graphene-graphane interface is studied. The specific energy of this interface is determined depending on the strain. The temperature dependence of the maximum length of the stable boundary is estimated. The energy barriers of the hydrogen diffusion from graphane to graphene as a function of deformation are found. Possibilities of stabilization of the interface by mechanical deformation are investigated. The suitable deformation results in twice increasing of the acceptable interface length.
