▎ 摘  要

The proficiency of graphene in patch antennas for polarization controlling has been realized in this work. The structural configuration of the designed antenna is implemented in the form that just by controlling the level of Fermi energy can be achieved these various types of polarizations: right-hand circular polarization, left-hand circular polarization, and linear polarization. Variations in the graphene Fermi energy level result graphene chemical potential straight away. Which can be regulated by an exterior electric field prepared by using a DC voltage bias. Main idea of the presented work is to apply graphene material in the designing procedure of microstrip patch antennas to adjust desirable polarization. Eventually, the matching of the antenna, axial ratio, radiation pattern of the far-field directivity (E-plane plus H-plane), and antenna efficiency are presented for considered polarizations. Based on matching and polarization statuses, in the range of frequency (0.7-0.8 THz), the designed antenna is an indicator of optimal function.
