▎ 摘 要
The reduced graphene oxide and copper oxide loaded on zinc oxide (rGO/CuO/ZnO) was successfully synthesized, fully characterized, and applied as a highly efficient reusable nano photocatalyst for the synthesis of aryl phosphonate derivatives starting from trialkyl phosphites and arylhydrazines in the presence of visible light radiation at room temperature in the air atmosphere under eco-friendly and very mild reaction conditions without using base, oxidant, additive or ligand. Moreover, this strategy is the first report of the use of rGO/CuO/ZnO ternary nanocomposite as heterogeneous photocatalyst in organic synthesis.
