▎ 摘  要

Bulk nanolaminated graphene (reduced graphene oxide, RGO) reinforced Al-Mg-Si composites of various RGO concentrations were fabricated by a modified powder metallurgy method. The RGO incorporation was found to significantly facilitate the precipitation kinetics of the matrix alloy, and change the size and volume fraction of the precipitates in the peak-aged state, as quantified by small angle neutron scattering measurements on bulk specimens. An intermediate RGO concentration of 0.7 wt % in the composite led to a uniform dispersion of RGO layers in the matrix alloy, a refined microstructure, a large dislocation density, considerable Mg segregation at the inter-lamella boundaries, and precipitates that were smaller and of higher volume fraction. These micro -structural features rendered a good strength-ductility synergy of 287.5 +/- 1.6 MPa uniaxial tensile strength and 9.4 +/- 0.2% uniform elongation.
