▎ 摘 要
The application of graphene (Gr) in waterborne coatings is restricted owing to its strong hydrophobic properties. Herein, graphitic (g)-C3N4, also with good barrier properties, has been used for the first time to disperse Gr in epoxy solution via simple ultrasonic vibration. The morphologies and structures of g-C3N4 and Gr/g-C3N4 were characterized through FT-IR, XRD, XPS, UV-vis absorption spectra, TEM and Raman spectra. Corrosion resistance performances of the g-C3N4 /epoxy and Gr/g-C3N4 /epoxy nanocomposites coatings were evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and salt spray tests. Gr/g-C3N4/epoxy nanocomposites coating exhibits improved anti-corrosion performance in contrast to g-C3N4/epoxy coating due to enhanced barrier performances.
