▎ 摘 要
Recent progress on the preparation and applications of graphene/semiconductor composites in advanced energy storage and conversion devices is summarized. The semiconductors covered include ZnO, SnO2, CdS, MnO2, TiO2, CdSe quantum dots and Fe2O3. Their preparation and applications focus on lithium-ion batteries with improved electronic conductivity, electrochemical capacitors with high energy and powder density, solar cells with high photoelectric conversion efficiency, photocatalysts with high photodegradation activity and sensors with high sensitivity. Future possible development trends include decreasing the preparation cost, obtaining a fuller understanding of the interaction between graphene and semiconductors, and revealing the relationships between compositions, microstructures and properties.
