▎ 摘 要
The dispersion of graphene oxide (GO) in cement-based composites has always restricted its practical application. In this paper, a new generation of PCE@GO water-reducing agent which can provide strengthening effect was synthesized by GO modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) to achieve better dispersion of GO in cement alkali solution, as well as the simple procedures. Results revealed that PCE@GO disperses uniformly in cement pore solution, and the dispersion mechanism is attributed to the steric effect and electrostatic repulsion provided by PCE for the polymerization of GO. Furthermore, PCE@GO can improve the fresh properties of cement paste and compensate for the decrease caused by GO itself, and significantly improve the mechanical strength. The rate of hydration of cement at very early ages is enhanced by PCE@GO, and slow down the crystal size and diffraction intensity of CH, optimize pore structure and pore size. A reference for a simpler, low-cost method of preparing PCE@GO for reinforced cement.
