▎ 摘 要
Graphene is two dimensional materials which is composited by carbon atoms in honeycomb like lattice. Because of its wonderful characteristics, graphene was studied extensively. In this study, the interaction of highly charged ions (HCI) with the graphene was studied via Raman spectroscopy. The difference of Raman spectra of graphene impacted by HCIs with different charge states was presented. The intensity ratio of D peak to G peak varied with the square root of fluence was displayed. A model that was fitted with experimental results was proposed. According to the model, the potential effect that the size of damaged region grew with potential energy of HCI was proposed for the interaction of HCI with graphene. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V.
