▎ 摘 要
Graphite electrode modified with functionalized graphene (FG) is a new family of electrocatalysts for the oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH). A substantial decrease in the over potential of NADH oxidation is observed on functionalized graphene modified graphite electrode (FGGE). The -COO(-) functionalized graphene is characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy techniques and the modified FGGE is characterized using cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The modified electrode is found to be stable and reproducible. The FGGE shows rapid and highly sensitive amperometric response to NADH.
