▎ 摘  要

Here we design and fabricate the molybdenum disulfide (MoS2)/graphene based hybrid sensor and evaluated the gas sensing performance of numerous kind of gases (Ethanol, methanol, acetone, CO, NO2 and formaldehyde) using clad removed fiber optic method. The hybrid sensors were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, EDS, Raman and BET analysis. The interconnect of MoS2 spherical nanoparticles with 2D graphene sheet offer large active surface area, which facilitate the more absorption properties of gas molecules with presence evanescent wave light. The hybrids sensor showed outstanding sensitivity (61%), rapid response (22 s) and recovery time (35%) towards NO2 gas than bare MoS2 sensor. The enhanced gas sensing properties is due to the synergistic effect of MoS2 and 2DG. Thus, the proposed field sensor would be gorgeous due to its low cost production, effortlessness and accuracy. It would be a prospective application on high performance gas sensor device. The gas sensing mechanism of the proposed sensor is discussed in briefly.
