▎ 摘  要

Amplification of acoustic waves in Armchair Graphene Nanoribbon (AGNR) in the presence of an external electric and magnetic fields was studied using the Boltzmann's kinetic equation. The general expression for the amplification (Gamma(perpendicular to)/Gamma(0)) was obtained in the region ql >> l for the energy dispersion epsilon((p) over right arrow) near the Fermi point.1,or various parameters of the quantized wave vector (beta), the graphs of Gamma(perpendicular to)/Gamma(0) against the electric field ((E-chi) over right arrow), the acoustic wave-number ((q) over right arrow), the energy gap (E-g) and the dimensionless factor (Omega tau(0)) were numerically analyzed. The results showed a linear relation for Gamma(perpendicular to)/Gamma(0) with Ex but non-linear for (q) over right arrow and Omega tau(0). The observed amplification can lead to SASER in Armchair Graphene Nanoribbon (AGNR). (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
