▎ 摘 要
An innovative electrochemical sensor was developed based on the modification of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface with graphene oxide aerogel (GA) wrapped copper centered metal-organic framework (Cu-MOF) and was applied to the detection of trace catechol (CT). The morphology, structure of GA/Cu-MOF and electrochemical properties of GA/Cu-MOF/GCE were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical techniques, respectively. GA/Cu-MOF/GCE has a wide linear range of 12.5-900 mu mol.L-1 (R-2 = 0.997) and a low limit detection of 1.65 mu mol.L-1. Compared with the unmodified GCE, GA/Cu-MOF/GCE shows better stability, greater sensitivity and higher repeatability. Importantly, this new modified material was successfully prepared and used for the detection of trace amounts of catechol, providing a new idea for electrochemical detection.
