▎ 摘  要

Graphene is considered to be the core material for the next Industrial Revolution. In this work, graphene oxide (GO) was prepared using a modified Hummers method and, then, reduced to obtain graphene. NH-RGO and VC-RGO were obtained by reducing GO under the same conditions by using hydrazine hydrate and vitamin C, respectively. X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra were employed to characterize its crystal structure. A scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the microstructure. The defect degree was determined using Raman spectra. The resistivity of the nitrogen-doped graphene was determined using a four-probe method. The results showed that the preparation time was shorter when vitamin C was used for the GO reduction; further, both the required temperature and the environmental pollution were low in this case. The characteristic peaks of XRD were more obvious than those of NH-RGO and had fewer defects. Raman spectroscopy showed that the G-peak of the prepared VC-RGO was narrower and the D-peak was weaker. Further, the Raman spectroscopy ID/IG was smaller and the structural performance was better. The sheet resistivity of VC-RGO of approximately 0.0163 omega m was slightly smaller than that of NH-RGO (0.0171 omega m). Therefore, the proposed method is an ideal method for replacing hydrazine hydrate to produce graphene.
