In this paper, we report the existence and expression of scaling transformations among the transmission curves of electrons propagating through a self-affine golden structure based on graphene. This structure is made by using the golden ratio as the scaling factor for the energy of the barriers added in every successive generation of the construction, and the scaling in the width of the barriers is 1/3. This choice of scaling factors in the construction process is what makes it self-affine. The scaling transformations relate transmission curves for different parameters of the system. Therefore, using the golden ratio as the energy scaling factor implies that there are scaling transformations for different self-affine graphene-based systems. Hence this feature of self-affinity with different scaling factors and their correspondent scaling transformations is confirmed and is added to those previously
