▎ 摘 要
With the rapid development of urban industrialization, oil leakage occurs in industrial production and oil transportation, causing serious water pollution. Here, we prepared a new type of polyurethane (PU) by the polyol, and then cross-linked polydimethylsiloxane/graphene oxide on the PU to enhance its adsorption capacity and reusability, and characterized the material. The oil-water separation effect of the sponge was also discussed. The results show that when the ratio of polydimethylsiloxane, graphene and raw materials is 0.8:20:1, the adsorption capacity of the modified sponge for petroleum hydrocarbons is 49.6 g/g, which is more selective than the sponge on the market. Strong, the adsorption capacity is significantly improved. Oil-water separation performance was also improved compared to other researchers' sponges. The structural characterization showed that the sponge had good elasticity and no obvious deformation after compression. After 20 cycles of adsorption of petroleum hydrocarbon, the sponge retained the adsorption capacity of 98.0 %. In oil-water mixture system, the sponge could reach the saturation within 3-4 min, with the adsorption capacity of 42.5 g/g. Thus, the modified sponge is an excellent adsorbent for practical applications in separation oil-polluted water.
